Terms of service

The service

TokenCenter gives you one API key for the models in our catalog, paid for with prepaid credit. Each request is debited at the provider’s price, with no markup: input tokens at the model’s input rate, output tokens at its output rate, plus any extra charges the provider reports (such as caching or web search), passed through at cost.

Model availability and provider prices can change. The price that applies is the one in effect when your request runs.

Keys

• Keys start with ck_ and are shown only once. Keep yours secret: anything done with your key counts as done by you.
• New API keys (no card needed to create one) start with $0 of credit. Model calls need purchased credit.
• If a key leaks, revoke or rotate it straight away (see auth docs).

Credit and payments

• Credit packs are one-time purchases: Mini $5 for $5 of credit, Maker $19 for $19, Studio $59 for $59. Credit doesn’t expire.
• Founding membership is a one-time $10 payment for lifetime membership plus a one-time $20 credit grant, added when payment clears. One Founding grant per card.
• Card verification is a one-time $1 charge that adds $1 of credit to your key.
• Payments are processed by Stripe on its hosted checkout. Prices include payment processing. Sales tax is collected only where we’re registered to collect it.
• When your balance can’t cover a request, the request is refused before anything is charged.
• Refunds remove the credit they paid for. If some of it was already spent, we refund the unspent part proportionally.

Acceptable use

• Credit and keys are for your own use. Don’t resell or relay access to third parties.
• Don’t use the service to break the law or to break the usage policies of the model providers.
• Don’t overload the API, farm keys automatically, or share keys at scale. We may pause keys involved in abuse. We’ll warn first unless the service is actively being harmed, and a person reviews before anything is permanent.

No warranty

Model outputs are generated by third-party models and can be wrong. Check anything important before relying on it. The service is provided as is, and availability can be interrupted by us or by upstream providers.

The business

TokenCenter is operated by SolaroLabs (SolaroLabs.com). Card disputes follow Stripe’s process. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
